Shipping is covered by Outlook8studio to all states in Australia. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, to the email address you have specified on your account. I will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few hours of ordering.

Note: We do not accept PO Box delivery addresses.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. 1-5 days.

Once shipped I will send you the tracking number.

Delivery Times are only approximate depends on each countries delivery system.

International (10-25) business days, depending on location.

International Shipping

Shipping is calculated individually on each item at checkout, and based on overall dimensions, weight, insurance costs and destination. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage.

We ship internationally with a variety of couriers. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. For all international shipments the receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.

Please check with your country's customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.

Carriers & Services

I use Australian post for most small orders. Over sized items we use Australian and international carriers. If you wish, over large canvas paintings can be taken off the wooden stretchers and sent safely rolled up, please contact me . This will save on possible damage. Once the artwork is received, most professional framers will stretch or frame the artwork for you.

Returns

If you get your art home and don’t fall in love with your artwork and you wish to process a return, please notify us within 24hrs. Next organise to return the piece to Outlook8studio in its original condition.

If you decide to return your piece, simply let us know within 24hrs. After this time returns are not available.

All you need to do is repackage it in the original packaging securely, and send us the tracking number once it has been shipped.

Upon processing your return, well issue a full refund for your purchase.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping, tracking & insurance costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Full refund given less, all shipping and insurance costs.

Note: We do not except returns for sale items.

Damaged Artwork If the artwork is damaged on arrival please keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Note: (Only original artworks are fully insured in the shipping cost)

About Artworks

Sustainability and recycling is an important part of my arts practice. For over 35 years, well, actually all my life, I’ve been creating and recycling materials to use in my art. Except in painting, I like to use professional stretched canvas or wooden braced boards.

Gallery Quality Artworks

All of my paintings on stretched canvas arrive ready to hang. I use only professional grade canvas which is stretched onto strong wooden support frames. The canvas is gallery wrapped around staple free, painted edges for a modern, gallery style presentation. There is no need for framing.

Framed Artworks. All this is included in the price. If framed, this will be noted in the description area of the artwork. Other artworks may be on gesso-primed board, of which, some are professionally framed with a modern white-washed pine frame.

Collage & Mixed Media

Most of my collages and mixed media artworks are made from vintage, recycled and acid free papers, including, high quality water- colour papers. All artwork is signed and a "Certificate of Authenticity" will accompany each artwork as proof of originality.

Sculpture

All of my sculptures are made from found objects and recycled materials. All pieces are well secured using quality, glues, welding, stitching and hardware and will be well packaged for shipping.

Textile/Fiber Artworks

Most of my textile artworks, handmade books, soft sculpture etc. are made from my vast collection of antique & vintage textiles, inherited clothing, cloth, hankies, doilies and recycled embellishments. Each piece is carefully created using varies techniques, such as: hand stitching, rusting & burying textiles, natural dying, drawing, embellishing with found objects. I seal each piece on completion to make the materials more stable. Some maybe framed or unframed.
